Wasn't this like the mascot for Ponychan or something? I know you wouldn't know, artist person, but maybe his/her creator or a passerby might. I swear I saw this character everywhere leading up to the premiere of and during season 2s run.

Anyway, per the Cappy tradition, it's an amazing work of art.
